All material is washed first, then boiled in baersamaan with as many as eight glasses of water, let it stew until ASAT until the remaining 4 cups, then filtered so that the waste is separated and ready to drink in warm or cold.
Drinking rules:
Water concoction drunk three times daily ½ cup
Consumed while warm or cold.
Recommendation:
Avoid foods that contain a lot of preservatives, dyes, and artificial sweeteners.
Please note:
In the process of making this concoction hendakna not use kitchen utensils from metal materials, better use of kitchen equipment which is made of soil material, glass or ceramic.
